Arton Super Exterior Emulsion

Arton Super Exterior Emulsion is water based exterior wall finish,it provide durability and good protection against weather conditions.Arton super exterior emulsion is the good choice for decorating your walls with an affordable price.

Binders:	Styrene acrylic
Dilution:	Up to 30% by volume with clean potable water

Arton super exterior emulsion offers best resistance to chalking and cracking.It gives matt finish to the surface.Arton super exterior emulsion can be applied on all types of cement plaster surface,false ceiling, asbestos sheet and concrete block

Clean the surface with a wire brush and remove all loose paints, films,dust,grease,chalk ,algae and fungus.
Remove all loose particles through thorough cleaning.
Make sure that the holes and fine cracks are filled with Aarton Wall Putty.
Sand the surface with emery paper 180 and 320, and apply. One coat of Aarton Wall Primer and allow it to dry for 6 to 8 hours.

Thin Arton Super Exterior Emulsion with 33% of potable water and apply 2-3 coats by brushing with a gap of 4-6 hours between the coats.

Precautions

- Do not over-thin or over-extend the brush.
- Do not use Universal Stainer's or any other colorants in primers.
- Stir well and strain before use.
- In coastal areas, it is not recommended to leave the primer
without the application of topcoats.
- Primer coat should not be kept exposed in monsoon. Ensure
completion of application before monsoon.
- Ensure not to use Chlorinated water for dilution.
