Aarton Tile and roof coats has an excellent water repellency property and provide excellent resistance against algal and fungal growth. Its silk sheen finish ensures timeless beauty of your tile and roofs.It also possesses Uv protection ,high hiding capacity and anti fading formula.

Clean the surface with a wire brush and remove all loose paints, films,dust,grease,chalk ,algae and fungus.
Remove all loose particles through thorough cleaning.
Make sure that the holes and fine cracks are filled with Aarton Wall Putty.
Sand the surface with emery paper 180 and 320,and apply the Tile and roof coat by a smooth brush and allow it to dry for 6 to 8 hours.

Thin Aarton tile coats with 33% of potable water and apply 2-3 coats by brushing with a gap of 4-6 hours between the coats
